Chloe Ridley
Partner. Strategy, operating infrastructure, accountability.

Chloe decides where the budget goes and builds the structure that makes the spend accountable. Her work sits where strategy meets operations: the plan, the order it happens in, and the system that lets a business answer for what its marketing did. Her view is that most growth problems are infrastructure problems. The campaign is rarely the thing that is broken. The system underneath it usually is.

Alex Ridley
Partner. Measurement architecture, revenue data, performance.

Alex builds the measurement so a business can see what every pound did, connecting spend to revenue rather than to activity. He has seen what happens when a client's spend triples and the reporting cannot keep up: the growth goes invisible to the people paying for it. His work makes sure that does not happen.

How we work together

Chloe owns strategy and the operating system around the work. Alex owns measurement and the revenue data underneath it. Between us we cover the full path from deciding where the money goes to proving what it did. Most firms split that across a strategist who has left by week two and an analyst you never meet. With us it is the same two people, start to finish.

What we will and will not tell you.

We describe the work we have done, in the roles we did it, for the kind of organisation we did it for. A FTSE-listed insurer. A global pharmaceutical brand. A top-tier financial services platform. We do not put their logos on this page, and we do not claim they were Ridley Digital clients, because they were not. They were clients of the firms we worked for, and the work was ours to do.
