Ridley Digital Strategy / Execution / Handover

Stop renting your growth. Own it.

We run your marketing, prove what worked, then train your team to run it without us. The two people who scope the work are the two people who do it.

Why we exist

You have spent years buying tactics. A paid search agency here, a social team there, an SEO retainer on its own contract. The reports land on time and the invoices clear, and you still cannot say which pound did the work.

That is the model, not bad luck. Most agencies bill hours and hold retainers, so the reward is for staying, not for finishing. We do two things at once that are usually sold apart. We run the media, and we fix the measurement and pipeline underneath it. Then we hand the whole thing back once your team can run it themselves.

The method

Build it. Prove it. Hand it back.

01 / Strategy

The plan comes first

Where the budget goes and why, decided before anyone opens an ad account. The thinking most businesses reach only after they have already spent it.

02 / Execution

We run the channels ourselves

Paid search, paid social, SEO, content, lifecycle, conversion. Run by the two people who scoped the work, not passed down to someone learning on your budget.

03 / Proof

You see every pound

Measurement built so you can read what moved the number, instead of taking our word for it. The account, the data and the dashboards are yours to look at any time.

04 / Ownership

Then it is yours

We build to leave. You keep the accounts, the system and a team trained to run it without us in the room.

The difference

Most firms are built to keep you paying. We are built to make ourselves unnecessary.

01
A senior team in the pitch, juniors on the account
The people who win the work are the people who do it.
02
Hours billed whether or not they moved the number
Work measured against what actually changed.
03
A retainer designed to renew forever
A defined engagement designed to end.
04
The agency keeps your accounts, data and know-how
You keep the accounts, the data and the know-how.
05
Campaigns run in a silo, away from your business
Marketing built around how you actually sell.
Commercials

A fixed monthly fee, agreed before we start. No commission on your media, so we have no reason to push the budget up, and no hourly billing to argue over. Priced against the cost of one senior hire, not on top of it. We take the number the rest of the way on the call.

The handover

Any agency can run your campaigns. Fewer leave you able to.

Training starts in week one, not as a document we email on the way out. Your team learns the platforms on your own accounts, with your own data, while the campaigns are live. The test is not whether we can run it. It is whether you still can once we have gone.

01Weeks 1–2

We learn how you actually sell

Time with sales, product, tech and support before we touch a campaign. Which leads your team wants, which ones waste their week, and where the deals really come from. Most of this never reaches the marketing brief.

Your team sits inside the work

The accounts are in your name from day one and your people are in them with us. Every build, every test, every call on where the budget moves happens where your team can watch it and ask why.

Training built for the person in front of us

A marketing exec who has never opened GA4 needs something different from a head of growth arguing about attribution. Sessions run one to one at the level each person is at, on your campaigns rather than a demo account.

04Before we go

They run it while we are still here

Your team takes the campaigns over with us in the room, so anything that breaks breaks while we can still fix it together. The what and the why, not a click path they follow until the interface changes.

05After

You keep everything, including us

The accounts, the data, the workbooks and the reasoning stay with you, because they were always in your name. We stay reachable for a second opinion when something changes. A phone call you choose to make, not a retainer you cannot drop.

The range

Where we have worked.

Between us the work spans the regulated and the fast moving. Financial services and healthcare, where a wrong number has consequences. Ecommerce, DTC, FMCG and consumer brands, where growth is won on margin and demand. B2B SaaS, technology and professional services. And the industrial end, manufacturing, construction and automotive.

The buyers change and the channels change. The problem rarely does. It is almost always the tracking and the pipeline underneath the campaign, not the campaign itself. That is the half most agencies skip and the half that decides whether a lead becomes a sale.

On the board

Numbers we have already put up.

From accounts we have run directly. Thirty years between the two of us, most of it spent where someone was waiting on a result. Every figure below comes from a named client engagement we can talk through on the call.

£48MManaged in a single yearAcross 17 markets and the teams running them
£46MPaid search, ROI up 35%On the same spend, through structure and bidding
£500KPortfolio, CPA down 20%Full-funnel, so each lead cost a fifth less to win
20%+Of spend moved off wastePulled from what was not converting onto what was

Client names held back on a public page, not in a conversation. On the call we take any figure here apart account by account.

The engagement

You will always know who is on your account.

We hold a small number of engagements at once, on purpose. It keeps the two people you meet on your work from the first call to the handover, and it means the training happens with the people who actually ran your campaigns. When we talk, we will walk you through what we did on comparable accounts and what changed.

Let's talk

Let's talk growth.

Spent the budget and still cannot see what worked? That is the call to book. Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We look at where your marketing stands and what owning it would take.
